The change will accommodate critical software development work and create a single Go-Live date. This PCR will allow the Contractor to develop necessary business statutory items with the official Go-Live date changed from February 2021 to February 2022. The financial impact for this contract change will be $1,530,101 for project costs, for a total project change of $3,984,198 including direct and indirect costs. The contract also includes operating expenses for Azure Cloud Maintenance and software subscriptions through FY 2026 with an optional ten-year renewal. 22. ASSESSOR’S OFFICE MARS PROJECT CHANGE REQUEST #6 AND BUDGET ADJUSTMENT Approve the Assessor’s Office proposed 13129-1 RFP Project Change Request #6 (PCR06) with ESRI Canada. This change request will accommodate additional critical software development work and adjust the Go-Live date from February 25, 2022, to Production Ready System date between May 24, 2022 and June 30, 2022. Financial Impact Request: These adjustments have an overall net impact of zero on the FY 2022 budget. 1. Approve an increase to the Computer Aided Mass Appraisal (CAMA) project (13129-1 RFP) in the amount of $200,000 from a total of $28,871,921 to $29,071,921. 2. Approve the following fund transfer in FY 2022: a. $200,000 from the General Fund (100) to the County Improvement COPS Series 2015 Fund (440) 3. ASSESSOR’S OFFICE MARS PROJECT CHANGE REQUEST #9 Approve the Assessor’s Office proposed 13129-1-RFP Project Change Request #9 (Amendment No. 9) to the County’s MARS Project contract with ESRI Canada. This change request will require a contract increase to the Total Not to Exceed for the Initial Ten (10) Year Term by $4,064,000 to a new total of $20,159,399.80. As outlined the PCR09 Detail document attached: the project change request will allow ESRI Canada to continue to host the GAMA System in their Cloud Environment at a fixed cost to the County through the end of the initial 10-year term ending 12-31-26, removes the Azure Maintenance Costs in FY24-FY26, this change request will also provide an Option for Future Development if requested by the County, and various language updates outlined in the attachment.
