39. COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON Approve a cooperative governmental purchasing agreement between the City of Vancouver, Washington and Maricopa County. This Agreement shall remain in force until cancelled in writing by either party.
