37. JOB ORDER CONTRACTS WITH AMERICAN CONSERVATION EXPERIENCE AND NORTHWEST WOODLAND SERVICES, INC. FOR MARICOPA AND SUN CIRCLE TRAILS (171057-JOC) Approve and authorize the execution of two (2) Job Order Contracts (JOC) between Maricopa County and American Conservation Experience (ACE), and Northwest Woodland Services, Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed $120,000.00 in total per year for a three (3) year term with two (2) one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be April 26, 2017. The purpose of the contracts are to provide hiking trail construction and maintenance on the Maricopa and Sun Circle Trails.
