39. INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF ARIZONA Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute an Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the State of Arizona. This Agreement will take effect upon approval of both parties and shall remain in effect until either party terminates the Agreement. This Intergovernmental Agreement will facilitate the cooperative procurement of materials and services acquired through the use of contracts procured through the Arizona Department of Administration with the intent of conserving resources, improving cost structures and reducing procurement costs. This Agreement replaces the existing Agreement approved by the Board of Supervisor under agenda, C-73-18-017-3-00, which expires on November 18, 2022. (C-73-18-017-3-01)
