46. TREASURER’S INFORMATION SYSTEM, (14001-RFP) Authorize and approve Change Orders one (1) through eight (8) with Manatron, Inc. for the Treasure’s Information System (ULTIS). The combined Contract increase related to these Change Orders is $840,359.26, increasing the value of the Contract over the current twelve (12) year term from $29,872,416.00 to $30,712,775.26.
