BLACK CANYON ADULT PROBATION RENOVATION AND ADDITION, (180022-DBB) Authorize and approve a Design-Bid-Build Contract with DNG Construction, LLC Tempe, Arizona in an amount not-to-exceed One Million Seven Hundred Sixty Five Thousand and Thirty Six Dollars ($1,765,036). The purpose of the contract is to provide construction services to complete the Black Canyon Adult Probation Renovation and Addition Project. The project location is 2445 W. Indianola Avenue, Phoenix and includes a one-story office addition to an existing two-story office building with an existing basement, as well as interior renovations to the lobby and part of the office space on level one. Site modifications include minor demolition, re-grading and the addition of the new parking lot, hardscape and landscape. (C-73-18-032-5-00)
