47. VEHICLE RENTAL CONTRACT (180131-S) Approve the contract for award at an estimate of $2,500,000 over three years until March 31, 2021 with three one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be March 21, 2018. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County on demand vehicle rental and long term vehicle leases to provide supplemental vehicles to the patrol fleet and for specialty operations. It is requested by the MCSO and other County Departments that the Board of Supervisors approve the subject award to the Lowest Responsible Responsive Bidder as recommended.
