MCDOT ADA MODERNIZATION SERVICES JOC (190019-JOC) Approve the Contract for Award in an amount of $3,000,000.00 per contract, per year, with four (4) one (1) year options for renew between Maricopa County (MCDOT) and: DBA Construction, Inc, and Nesbitt Contracting Co., and an effective start date of 1/30/19. The purpose of the contract is to provide Job Order Construction services for MCDOT for compliance with Dept. of Justice/Dept. of Transportation Joint Technical Assistance on Title II Americans with Disabilities Act Requirements to provide curb ramps when streets, roads, highways are altered through resurfacing or rehabilitation. The goal is to have the ADA work completed ahead of scheduled overlay/rehab projects to bring the scheduled improvement into compliance while allowing optimum cure time for the facilities.
