36. MOU FOR ELEVATOR AND ESCALATOR MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, MODERNIZATION & NEW CONSTRUCTION Authorize a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) as negotiated and to be executed by the Chief Procurement Officer with KONE, Inc., for a term of Five (5) years and Eight (8) months from April 1, 2019 to November 30, 2024 in the amount of $8,000,000.00 that incorporates specific Maricopa County terms and service requirements. This MOU will provide for various maintenance, repair, modernization and new construction products and services for County elevators and escalators. The MOU will save the County approximately $350,000.00 through the initial term. (C-73-19-026-3-00)
