83. WEST COURTS GRAND JURY SPACE (190110-DBB) Approve the Contract for award to Danson Construction LLC for $1,995,000.00 with an estimated completion date of 180 days from the official notice to proceed. The purpose of the contract is to renovate the basement of the West Courts Building, 111 S. 3rd Avenue, to be used for grand jury deliberation, office areas for grand jury administration functions, office space for the Attorney General’s staff, and breakrooms for both jurors and staff.
