82. LEAD PUBLIC AGENCY REBATE AGREEMENT WITH COMMUNITIES PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, LLC D/B/A U.S. COMMUNITIES GOVERNMENTAL PURCHASING Authorize and approve the Chairman to execute a new Lead Public Agency Certificate agreeing to the terms and conditions of a new Lead Public Agency Rebate Agreement with Communities Program Management D/B/A U.S. Communities Governmental Purchasing Alliance. The Agreement guides the relationship between U.S. Communities Governmental Purchasing Alliance and Maricopa County in those cases where Maricopa County serves a Lead Public Agency for cooperatively issued contracts marketed by U.S. Communities Governmental Purchasing Alliance.
