62. CONTRACT FOR PEANUT BUTTER (190255-C) Approve the contract for an award at an amount of $1,500,000 over initial two (2) years until August 31, 2021 with three (3) one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be September 1, 2019. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Food Factory with Peanut Butter for its inmate population. It is requested by the MCSO that the Board of Supervisors approve the subject award to the Lowest Priced Responsive and Responsible Bidders as recommended. 1st call 35 lb. Pail; 50 lb.
