PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC PURCHASING EXCHANGE (PPEX) Approve the Maricopa County Office of Procurement Services to participate in the Public Purchasing Exchange and authorize the OPS Director to sign the participating membership agreement. The Public Purchasing Exchange is a cooperative purchasing and spend management solution for government, education and non-profit agencies. Through its participation Maricopa County will be able to utilize cooperative contracts issued by other governmental agencies that participate in the PPEx and that have been procured through procurement standards equivalent to those of Maricopa County.
