35. VEHICLE OUTFITTERS (190170-S) Approve a Contract value increase for Vehicle Outfitters (190170-S) in the amount of $2,000,000.00, from $500,000.00 to $2,500,000.00, to cover anticipated expenditures until the Contract expiration on January 31, 2021. This Contract provides for Vehicle Outfitting Services for County fleet vehicles. The Maricopa County Equipment Services Department uses this contract to obtain services to supply, install, build, transfer and modify/fabricate various truck bodies as specified, but not limited to; dog kennel bodies, landscape bodies, dump bodies, brush dump bodies, water truck tanks, service truck bodies, sign truck bodies, barricade bodies, aerial truck bodies and other fleet builds for new or existing County fleet, on an as-needed basis. It is requested by the Equipment Services Department that the Chief Procurement Officer approve an increase in the contract amount from $500,000 to $2,500,000.00 effective November 06, 2019.
