CONTRACT FOR RYAN WHITE PART A PROGRAM - CONSULTING SERVICES (200002-RFP) Approve the contract for award at an estimate of $750,000.00 over three years until November 30, 2022 with a three-year renewal option. The effective date of the contract will be December 1, 2019.
