TERM ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES (200020-ROQ) Approve and authorize the execution of a term architectural services contract between: Arrington Watkins Architects, LLC, Swan Architects, Inc, BWS Architects, Dekker/Perich/Sabatini, and Gensler, with Maricopa County in an amount of $15,000,000 ($3,000,000.00 per firm for the 3 year term) to provide term architectural and construction administration services for general government, judicial, and detention facilities throughout Maricopa County, for Facilities Management Department.
