MEMBERSHIP IN THE SOURCEWELL PUBLIC PURCHASING COOPERATIVE Approve the County’s membership in the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing organization and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to execute the Participating Membership Agreement. Sourcewell is a cooperative purchasing and spend management solution for government, education and non-profit agencies. Through its participation Maricopa County will be able to utilize cooperative contracts issued by Sourcewell that have been procured through procurement standards equivalent to those of Maricopa County.
