89. 210111-RFP, COMMUNITY TESTING SERVICES RELATED TO COVID-19 Approve contracts for 210111-RFP, Community Testing Services Related to COVID-19 that were determined qualified to provide services by the Selection Committee. The Contracts are for a term of thr ee (3) years with two (2) one (1) year options for renewal. Anticipated expenditures under these contracts with all awardees is expected to be $10,000,000.00 during the initial 3-year term. These Contracts will be CARES ACT funded and was approved for thi s purpose on June 8, 2020. CARES Act funding is set to expire on 12/30/2020. Should that occur, and should alternative funding not be available, the Contract provision dealing with Availability of Funds will apply, allowing for a change or termination of t he Contract.
