62. 200143-RFP (ACCENTURE) AND 200143-1-RFP (WORKDAY), HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM (HRIS) AND RELATED SERVICES Approve the award of a contract to Accenture LLP for the implementation deployment services of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Related Services. The contract is not to exceed $4,017,038 based on completed milestones and payment schedule. The initial contract term is two (2) years commencing on or around January 4, 2021 and ending on December 31, 2022 with the option for three (3) annual renewals. Upon contract award Accenture is authorized to begin implementation of the new system with a ‘Go-Live’ on or around March 21, 2022. Approve the award of a contract to Workday for the software subscription for Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Related Services. The contract is not to exceed $31,636,058 including taxes based on the contract term and pricing order forms. The initial contract term is ten (10) years commencing on December 1, 2020 and ending on December 31, 2030 with the option for fifteen (15) annual renewals. Upon contract award Workday is authorized to begin design and configuration of the new system with a ‘Go-Live’ on or around March 21, 2022. Direct the Budget Office to increase Human Resources’ Systems Operating Budget each year as outlined in the attached schedule to align with the additional operating costs under this contract.
