59. 200207-S, GENERATOR, TRANSFER SWITCH, AND FIXED DIESEL MOTOR MAINTENANCE The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County routine and emergency repair services for various County generators, transfer switches, and fixed diesel motors, including routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance, testing, equipment rentals, and other services, as required. This value increase is necessary to provide FMD funding they need for the remainder of the contract term. The initial amount requested by FMD was an estimated cost and after further review and use of the contract, including the addition of two new buildings, 225 W. Madison and the ITR, the costs have escalated. Request Contract value increase of $250,000 that would change the current award amount from $500,000 to a new award total of $750,000. (C-73-21-062-X-00)
