58. 210104-RFP, TE071 BELL RD ADAPTIVE SIGNAL CONTROL TECHNOLOGY (ASCT) DEPLOYMENT PHASE 2 Approve the contract for award at an estimate of $1,176,501 over three years until February 10, 2024 with two annual renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be February 11, 2021. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County with Adaptive Signal Control Technology (ASCT) systems to be furnished, installed and integrated for three agencies along Bell Road, for a 0.7 and a 3.7-mile-long section with 2 and 11 existing traffic signalized intersections.
