The effective date of the contract will be February 11, 2021. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County with Adaptive Signal Control Technology (ASCT) systems to be furnished, installed and integrated for five agencies along Olive and Dunlap Avenues, for a 11 mile long section with 28 existing traffic signalized intersections, in Maricopa County.
