MCDOT, RES & FCD use/uses this contract for various projects relating to property acquisitions, relocations and disposition services. This value increase is necessary to engage in a variety of new projects with that were not known or anticipated prior to original award of this contract on 7-1-2021. Request Contract value increase of $1,000,000.00 that would change the current award amount from $500,000.00 to a new award total of $1,500,000.00 and cover future requirements through expiration date of 6-30-2023.
