80. 220139-RFP, FLEXIBLE FUNDING ACCOUNT SERVICES Approve the contract for award at an estimate of $3,000,000.00 over 23 days, 6 months and 2 year until June 30, 2024 with 2 one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be December 8, 2021. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County program development, administrative oversight, and financial management for the Flexible Funding Account to assist Homeless Service Providers (HSP).
