19. 210223-RFP, EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM SERVICES Approve the contract for award at an estimate of $3,500,000.00 over five (5) years until June 30, 2027 with five (5) one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be July 1, 2022. Services provided include Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to Maricopa County (County) employees, household members, and covered dependents, and COBRA beneficiaries. In addition to providing seamless services, the EAP services contractor must coordinate services and share data with other contractors with whom the County contracts for medical, pharmacy, and short-term disability benefits.
