72. 220148-RFP NON-PROFIT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Approve the contract for award at an estimate of $15,000,000.00 over one year and six months until June 30th, 2023. Award American Rescue Plan Act funds, pursuant to the request for proposals, to the attached list of non-profits. The effective date of the contract will be January 26th, 2022. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County non-profit organizations/agencies provisions of human services/social services programs to Maricopa County residents. Maricopa County will be funding existing programs to maintain services levels; expand services delivery for existing operational programs; or for new service delivery methods that are either time limited and/or have a sustainability model tin which additional funding from the County is no longer needed after the grant period ends. Administrative Services are limited to ten percent of any grant. Individual contracts are on file in the Clerk of the Board's office.
