45. 220049-DBB, DOWNTOWN FUELING STATION & CAR WASH Approve and award a Design Bid Build contract between Maricopa County and TSG Constructors LLC for $3,487,000.00 with an estimated completion date of three hundred calendar days from the official notice to proceed. The purpose of the contract is to provide construction services to construct the new Downtown Fueling Station and Car Wash as well as to demo/decommission the underground fuel tanks, its associated systems, and car wash currently located at 401 W. Jefferson. Any adjustments to the project budget and funding associated with this contract will be addressed in the FY 2023 budget, prior to any other decisions related the utilization of one-time funding.
