82. 220146-RFP, ADDITIONAL SHELTER BEDS Approve contracts for award with Community Bridges, Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed $7,442,311; Diocesan Council for the Society of St Vincent de Paul Diocese Phoenix in an amount not-to-exceed $6,000,000; Tempe Community Action Agency in an amount not-to exceed $6,000,000 and UMOM New Day Centers, Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed $1,557,689. The contracts will be for a term of two (2) years and six (6) months until June 30, 2024, with two one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contracts will be January 1, 2022. The purpose of the contracts are to make awards to agencies to increase the number of emergency shelter beds, and/or bridge or transitional housing available to the County’s unsheltered homeless population, especially in those areas identified as having the greatest need.
