80. 210195-RFP, CLOUD BASED PERMITTING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Approve the award of a contract to Tyler Technologies for Software as a Service (SaaS), implementation, professional services including training, change management, project management and deployment services of a Cloud Based Permitting Management System. The system will provide the County the ability to manage workflows and record-keeping related to permitting and licensing, track various building and land use permits and fi le, track and manage complaints and code enforcement cases, and periodic inspections and regulatory enforcement programs. The system will provide the ability to track and manage information for all County permitted buildings, systems, and properties such a s but not limited to land uses, building occupancies, unit counts, type of construction, and any characteristics that extend beyond a typical permit lifecycle. The contract is not to exceed $6,508,835 based on agreed statement of work (SOW) and payment sc hedule. The initial contract term is five (5) years commencing on June 22, 2022, and ending on June 30, 2027, with the option for a maximum of fifteen (15) additional years. Upon contract award Tyler Technologies is authorized to begin implementation of the new system with a ‘Go-Live’ on or around September 1, 2024. (C-73-22-101-X-00)
