55. 220121-IGA, PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTION BALLOTS Approve a Contract with Runbeck Election Services, Inc, in an amount not to exceed $22,000,000. The term of this contract is two (2) years, plus renewals not to exceed two (2) years and three (3) months, with an effective date of November 1, 2021. The purpose of the Contract is to provide for the printing, delivery, and/or mailing of official election ballots, sample ballots, election day registers and rosters, any printing that is the result of litigation, early ballot inserts, early ballot envelopes (outgoing and incoming), and all other notices or items that are specifically related to early voting.
