88. 220291-RFP, WASTE TIRE RECYCLING AND FINAL DISPOSITION Approve the contract for award at an estimate of $35,000,000.00 over five years until December 31, 2028 with two five-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be January 1, 2023. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County with the ability to manage county wide recycling and removal of waste tire and final disposition of tires per State of Arizona statutes. Approve the transfer of two scales from Maricopa County to CRM of America that have been determined to be surplus property, Maricopa County Fixed Asset Numbers, F1600720 & F1600721 and CRM of America will provide the County with a credit of $34,000 on the first monthly billing of the new contract.
