36. 230048-JOC, HVAC JOB ORDER CONTRACTOR Approve and award a Job Order Contract between Maricopa County and: Interstate Mechanical Corporation, and Tempe Mechanical in a not to exceed amount of $15,000,000.00 per firm. Contract term is 3 years with 2 (1) year renewal options. The purpose of the contract is to provide Job Order Construction services for the Facilities Management Department at various C ounty locations. (C-73-23-064-X-00)
