37. 220083-CMR, EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT FACILITY (PHASE II) Approve and Award a Construction Manager at Risk Phase 2 Construction Contract between Maricopa County and Kitchell Contractors Inc. of Arizona, in an amount n ot to exceed amount of $22,354,866.00 with an estimated completion date of 9/5/2024, subject to the County being in receipt of the performance, and payment bonds after award has been made.
