50. 230120-C, BULK FUEL PURCHASE AND DELIVERY Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and Mansfield Oil Company of Gainesville, Inc and Saratoga Rack Marketing LLC at an estimate of $10,000,000.00 over one year until April 30, 2024 with four one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be May 1, 2023. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County with full-service purchase and delivery of Unleaded Gas, Diesel, Biodiesel Fuel, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid for Maricopa County’s underground and above ground storage tanks and fuel trucks.
