52. AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION RESOURCES COOPERATIVE PROGRAMS Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute an Agreement for The Texas Department of Information Resources Cooperative Programs, an organization created by the Texas State Department of Resources to support cooperative purchasing among governmental entities throughout the United States. This Agreement will take effect upon approval of both parties and shall remain in effect until either party terminates the Agreements. (C-73-23-084-X-00)
