78. 230076- DBB, MCSO WAREHOUSE - DURANGO Approve and award a design bid-build construction contract between Maricopa County and TSG Constructors, LLC in an amount not to exceed $6,567,000.00 with an estimated completion date of 331 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. The purpose of the contract is to provide construction services to build a new 22,375 square foot Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) warehouse located at 2700 S. 27th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
