82. 230114-RFP HOMELESSNESS EMERGENCY SERVICE PROGRAMS Approve nine contracts for award between Maricopa County and A New Leaf, Inc. (two contracts: Emergency Shelter Services, Rapid Rehousing); Central Arizona Shelter Services, Inc. dba CASS (Emergency Shelter); Community Bridges, Inc. (three contracts: Emergency Shelter, Rapid Rehousing, Street Outreach); Native American Connections, Inc. dba Native American Connections (Emergency Shelter); Tempe Community Action Agency (Rapid Rehousing); and UMOM New Day Centers, Inc. dba UMOM (Emergency Shelter) at an estimate of $2,041,243.23 over one (1) year until June 30, 2024 with no renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be July 1, 2023. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County essential services, including emergency shelter, rapid re-housing, and street outreach to people experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
