79. 1900097-CMR, COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING RE-STACK Approve Change Order 2 requested by the Facilities Management Office for the Phase II (Construction Phase) Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) contract with Layton Construction in the amount of $5,678,581.92 for the exterior renovations, improvements, and upgrades for a total contract value of $50,538,065.92. The purpose of the contract is to provide construction services for the County Administration Building Restack (Interior and Exterior Improvements) located at 301 W. Jefferson Street, Phoenix.
