68. 230202-C, VEHICLE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM Approve the multiple award contract between Maricopa County and Canyon State Bus Sales, Courtesy Auto of Mesa LLC, Courtesy Chevrolet, Freightliner of Arizona dba Velocity Vehicle Group, Inland Kenworth, LHM ACJ LLC dba Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Avonda le, LHM ADR LLC dba Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale, LHM Corp MFD dba Larry H. Miller Ford Mesa, Midway Chevrolet, PFVT Motors LLC dba Peoria Ford, RWC International LTD dba RWC Group, San Tan Ford, Don Sanderson Ford Inc. dba Sanderson Ford, and Sands Motor company at an estimate of $17,000,000.00 over one year until August 31, 2024 with four one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be September 1, 2023. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County with an esta blished list of qualified suppliers to participate in providing government fleet pricing for a variety of vehicle makes and models for Maricopa County’s Vehicle Replacement Program.
