59. 240100-S, PLUMBING SERVICES Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and DMS Companies Inc. dba Hernandez Companies, and Irontree Construction, Inc. at an estimate of $1,200,000.00 over two years until February 28, 2026, with three one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be March 1, 2024. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County Facilities Management and other County departments with access to qualified contractors to provide plumbing repairs, gas fitting repairs, installations, maintenance, and remodeling for County owned facilities on an as needed basis.
