64. 230192-RFP, NEXT GEN REACT SERVICES PILOT-GLENDALE & PEORIA Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and: Enterprise Network Solutions, iCone Technologies and OZ Engineering at an estimate of $610,989.00 of which $566,632.00 is Federally Funded over two years until February 28, 2026 with one one-year renewal options. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County the ability to obtain REACT vehicle equipment and integration into RADS protocols and expand REACT services reach for the areas of Glendale & Peoria. The effective date of the contract will be February 28, 2024. Pilot NextGen Traffic Incident Management (TIM) technology-enabled operations by utilizing new NextGen technologies including CCTV, and enhanced arrow boards and cones to support automated map-based information and alerts about the location of major arterial incidents and to provide information about arterial detour routing in place through REACT responders. Process and integrate data into the Regional Archived Data System (RADS) to increase the availability of arterial incident data for both traffic management agencies and to the public (via 511). Provide up to 3 years of NextGen technology-enabled REACT operations pilot within MCDOT, City of Peoria, and City of Glendale through operating assistance support. This project supports the NextGen TIM initiative in FHWA EDC-6 and MAG SMO Plan. (C-73-24-053-X-00)
