62. 240101-S, GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and Bruce Kimura dba All Property Services, Diamond Ridge Development, Generation Industrial, TCS SVC LLC dba Total Construction Services, and BWC Enterprises Inc. dba Woodruff Construction at an estimate of $2,000,000.00 over one year until February 28, 2025, with four one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be March 1, 2024. The purpose of the contract is to provide Maricopa County departments with a list of qualified contractors to perform general maintenance, repair, and commercial and residential handyman services for County owned and maintained facilities and properties. Contract services also include general services and repairs for County residents, as referred by the County. (C-73-24-058-X-00)
