49. 240091-C, FORTIFIED KOSHER UNFLAVORED TEXTURED SOY CHUNKS OR STRIPS Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and: Good Source Solutions, National Food Group, Inc., and KSC LLC at an estimate of $700,000.00 over two years until March 31, 2026 with three one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be April 1, 2024. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County textured soy protein (TSP) for use in inmate meals. (C-73-24-067-X-00)
