57. 230142-RFP, REAL ESTATE PROPERTY AND RIGHT-OF-WAY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and ENKON Information Systems (USA), Inc. at an estimate of $2,500,000.00 over five years until June 30, 2029, with two five-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be July 1, 2024. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County Real Estate Department and Flood Control District with a comprehensive web-based Real Property Management and Right-of-Way and Flood Control asset Management System. The software solution will provide the County the ability to create and manage workflows and provide accurate record-keeping related to acquisitions, right of way, easements and County owned properties, leases, licenses and other agreements, excess land sales, annexations and asset management. There is no current system in place to manage these workflows which are completed on a manual and labor-intensive manner. (C-73-24-074-X-00)
