58. 240134-RFP, HAND IN HAND OUTREACH & FLEXIBLE FUNDING SERVICES Approve the contracts for award between Maricopa County and the following vendors for one year until June 30, 2025 with five one-year renewal options: • Community Bridges, Inc at an estimate of $327,698.65 over one year • Phoenix Rescue Mission at an estimate of $400,000.00 over one year The effective date of the contracts will be July 1, 2024. The purpose of the contracts is to provide to Maricopa County quick and effective street Hand In Hand Street Outreach services to people experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless in Maricopa County (County) through the County’s Hand in Hand Program with the intent to reduce homelessness in the County’s urban areas. Services shall be provided in unincorporated areas of the County and in targeted cities and towns of Maricopa County, i.e., Avondale, Buckeye, El Mirage, Gilbert, Goodyear, Peoria, Queen Creek, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, Tolleson, Waddell, Wittman, and Youngtown (note: additional service locations may be added at a later date).
