This is a design-bid build contract and the purpose of the contract is to provide construction services for the Parks and Recreation Department to build the Vulture Mountain Recreation Area Amenities (Near Wickenburg, AZ) which includes General Improvements, Landscaping, Water Infrastructure/well, a Nature Center, Maintenance Building, Restrooms, and Contact Station. Approval of modifications 24, 25, 26, and 27 will increase the total contract value to $28,747,237.06.
