92. 240064-DBB, VULTURE MOUNTAIN RECREATION AREA AMENITIES Approve the Contract for Award to TSG Constructors, LLC at an estimate of $26,897,000 with an estimated completion date of 580 days from the official notice to proceed. This is a design-bid build contract and the purpose of the contract is to provide construction services for the Parks and Recreation Department to build the Vulture Mountain Recreation Area Amenities (Near Wickenburg, AZ) which includes General Improvements, Landscaping, Water Infrastructure/well, a Nature Center, Maintenance Building, Restrooms, and Contact Station.
