102. 250008-S, CHILLER AND HVAC MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, OVERHAUL, AND REPLACEMENT SERVICES Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and Johnson Controls Inc, Mesa Energy Systems Inc dba EMCOR Services Arizona, and Trane US Inc at an estimate of $2,500,000.00 over two years until December 31, 2026 with four one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be January 1, 2025. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County departments a multiple award contract with access to qualified vendors capable of providing routine and preventive maintenance services for chiller systems and various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) mechanical equipment at Maricopa County locations.
