65. 250031-JOC, JOB ORDER CONTRACTOR FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Approve and award a Job Order Contract between Maricopa County and: 1) Caliente Construction Inc., 2) SDB Contracting Services Inc. at a not to exceed amount of $15,000,000.00 each contract over 3 years with (2) one year options for renewal and an effective start date of August 7, 2025.
