66. 250045-DBB, LIBRARY DISTRICT DISTRIBUTION CENTER Approve and award a Design Bid-Build construction contract between Maricopa County and: BFL Construction Co., Inc at a not to exceed amount of $5,799,637.00 with an estimated completion date of 365 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice To Proceed.
