92. 250050-ROQ, MCSO FOOD FACTORY INTERIOR REFRESH Approve and award a Professional Services Contract between Maricopa County and Shive-Hattery Inc. (Architects) in the amount of: $597,476.00 for a term of 730 Calendar Days from the issuance of the Notice to proceed. The purpose of the contract will be to assess the condition of the interior finishes and systems and develop design documents to perform an interior refresh of an approximately ~150,000 SF operational food factory, located at 3150 W Lower Buckeye Rd, Suites A-E, Phoenix, Arizona 85009. This facility serves the various County detention facilities. (C-73-26-014-X-00)
